I&L FMS Joint Venture is currently hiring a full-time Automotive Worker / Part time Wrecker Driver for its Transportation Travel and Relocation Services Contract for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA.

Full Automotive Worker ($18.85 per hour)/Part time Wrecker driver ($21.31 per hour)

Holidays and Sundays off except in emergencies.

Must possess valid CDL with passenger endorsement.

Have knowledge of operation of wrecker (at least 2years).

Clean Driving record.

Must have knowledge of minor mechanic repairs to include:

  • Oil changes on GSA vehicles.
  • Check all fluid as needed.
  • Replace filters.
  • Check pressure in tires and fill if needed to speck.
  • Check windshield wipers and replace as needed.

Clean back ground check with company and Government.

Pass DOT Physical.

Physically able to work in inclement weather without supervision.

Available 24/7.

Knowledge of Bus Hive Maintenance software.

Must be able to pass forklift certification class.

Random drug testing.

Environmental hazmat knowledge and operation of machines.

knowledge and operation of AMCO vehicle lift.

Maintenance of fueling isles to include:

  • Fuel Monitoring
  • Maintenance Checklist for Above Ground Storage Tank, weekly and monthly.
  • Clean up of spills left by customers.
  • Replenish additives and consumables for Oasis touch-free automatic car wash, clean grates twice weekly, replenish Dawn detergent and squeegee as needed and spray down walls once a month.
  • Replenish windshield towels as needed, replace squeegee(s) as needed and windshield washer fluid.
  • Cleaning of vacuum cleaners on fuel isle once weekly.
  • Clean work area and spills every day for inspection by EPA.

Knowledge to order parts and price check with vendors.

Clean area around building within 25 feet to include all outside trash receptacles used for motor pool.

Have knowledge of general maintenance for buses (diesel) a plus to include: changing headlights, clip lights, interior lights, fuses and check air filters twice monthly check tires weekly on buses.

Inspect buses before sending out for repair and print out work order.

Able to follow QC plan administered by management.

Other duties as assigned by Management.

Must up keep MSDS book with any new products bought.

Contact EPA when drums are full. Make sure all labels are correct on EPA equipment.
